POLICIES:

When booking please use a valid phone number, email and correct spelling of name.
No kids or extra guest while you're being serviced. No exceptions.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
I accept CASH ONLY for the remaining balance.
$30 for Appointments scheduled before 9am & at or at 6pm
if you have a event please book a appointment for the day before not the day of the event.
No exceptions if lace is not dropped off day before your appt your appt will be cancel.
Please try on lace wig before bring it to me to ensure its fits if to small I will not install.
I only use pack hair for bobs, no bundles .

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLING

All rescheduling is done through first confirmation email that is sent to you immediately after booking.
After 10 mins there is a $15 late fee. After 15 mins your appointment is CANCEL and your deposit will NOT be refunded. No exceptions, I work on a schedule. Give yourself enough time to make your appointment incase you get lost with directions.

Do I need to perm my hair for any style?

A; No almost all my clients are natural

Where are you located ?

A; My address is in the confirmation email you receive after booking (Please use a valid email)

Is the deposit a part of the service price?

A; The deposit is deducted from the service price

Do I have to get the hair you refer ?

A; Yes, if you want to ensure the same style

When should I drop off my frontal, closure, or lace wig?

A; Atleast one day prior to your appointment

If a style/service is not listed what does that mean?

A; If a style is not listed I am currently not offering that style/service

What is the late policy?

A; There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are not seated at the time of your appointment you are late. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled.
